Trick or Treat Night - Marysville – Thursday, October 29th at 6:30 PM. Due to Covid-19 we regret that we will not be serving refreshments or have Jimbo the Clown. We will be handing out treat bags, while following social distancing practices to ensure everyone is able to enjoy Trick or Treat night safely.
GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING IN-HOUSE WORSHIP
Bethany congregation will follow CDC and PA Dept. of Health guidelines, while continuing to practice social distancing. Although, we are no longer restricted to a maximum of 25 people at a service and may increase our attendance slightly, we must continue to keep a 6 foot distance between others, and everyone will need to wear a mask to protect each other.
What Precautions Are We Taking?
Seating - to ensure safe distance practices are being adhered, please sit in designated pews, distanced 6 feet apart.
Time of Greeting - NO hand shaking or hugging. Waving to your neighbor, or air hugs will be permitted from your pew.
Offering – offering plates will NOT be passed. Instead, offering plates will be placed behind the pews for your offerings.
What Precautions You Should Take?
Stay Home - if you are feeling ill or have the following symptoms – Fever / Cough / Shortness of Breath, or if you have been exposed to someone who has Covid-19.
Wear a Mask – anyone attending worship will be required to wear a mask while in the church.
Practice Social Distancing – be sure to stay at least 6 feet away from other people.
Pray – “The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time on and forevermore.” (Psalm 121)
We are very glad to have you join us online! Social distancing may be the mandate,
but we are grateful that we are still able to find ways to connect and share the love of Christ.
During this time of quarantine, have you found yourself asking.......
"What will I do with all this extra time at home?"
May we suggest that this is a perfect time to UPDATE YOUR CHILD CLEARANCES.
Many of you have obtained your Child Clearances, which enables you to volunteer for various church sponsored activities for children. (ie. Easter Egg Hunt, all Halloween events and the Farmers Market, etc.)
Those clearances must be renewed every 5 years, and for most of you, it is renewal time!
GETTING CLEARANCES IS EASY - Click on the "SAFE SANCTUARIES" tab under the 'HOME' tab, at the top of the page. Then follow the Child Clearance guidelines listed on that page.
We are pleased to announce that we now have a Blessing Food Box located outside our church, to help anyone who may be in need of non-perishable food items. Please click on the "Ministries" tab to get more information.
Click on the "Sermons" tab to view weekly recorded messages from Pastor Jackie Condon
Click on the "Offering" tab to get information on how you can send your offering to support the ministries of the church
We want to hear from you!
Both old friends and new, please go to the bottom of the page where it says "Write Us" and enter your name and email so that you can receive notifications of future posts. Tell us there in the space for "Message" if you are interested in joining Bible Study
